Data Deletion Instructions

Deleting from inside ClubPost

Sign in and go to Account Info → Danger Zone. Two separate actions are available:

• Delete Club — permanently closes a Club you own. It cancels that Club's active billing, removes the Club's content, assets and operational data, removes Team access, removes the Club's stored Facebook and Instagram connection records, and attempts to cancel the Club's outstanding scheduled posts. Your personal account is kept.
• Delete My Account — permanently deletes your personal ClubPost account. If you own a Club, that Club is closed first as described above. Your membership of any other Club is removed.

Both actions ask you to type a confirmation phrase, and neither can be undone.

Deleting a connected Facebook or Instagram account

Connected social accounts belong to the Club, not to an individual member. They are removed from ClubPost when the Club is permanently deleted. To remove a connected account at any other time, email us using the request process below — we will remove the Club's stored connection and cancel that Club's scheduled posts. You can also revoke ClubPost's access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, which immediately stops any further publishing.

Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, or you want specific information removed rather than your whole account, email us from the address associated with your ClubPost account:

Include your Club name and what you would like removed — for example your account, a Club, a connected social account, or a specific uploaded image. We will confirm the request and action it.

What is kept after deletion

Some records are retained for legal, accounting and audit purposes — including subscription and payment identifiers, credit ledger entries and deletion records — and may be kept in limited or anonymised form. Uploaded files may require additional secure deletion processing by our storage provider after they stop being accessible through the Service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
