By accessing or using ClubPost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. ClubPost is operated in New South Wales, Australia.
These Terms are operational terms that describe ClubPost's current implementation. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
ClubPost provides an AI-powered content creation platform for sporting clubs, including AI-generated captions and graphics, brand asset management, and Team collaboration features. Clubs on the Team plan can additionally connect a Facebook Page and an Instagram Business or Creator account and publish or schedule posts to those platforms from ClubPost. Facebook and Instagram are currently the only platforms ClubPost publishes to directly. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.
ClubPost offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Current plan prices, billing periods, and included usage allowances are displayed on the ClubPost Pricing page and at checkout. The pricing and allowances shown at checkout or in your purchase confirmation govern the transaction.
Current Credit Pack amounts and pricing are shown on the Pricing and purchase screens.
Eligible AI actions consume credits in the following order:
Free plan regenerations are unavailable and are blocked before any Flex credits can be used. Purchased Flex credits do not unlock regeneration on the Free plan.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not by itself delete your Club, content, or account. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
You can manage permanent deletion from Account Info → Danger Zone, which offers two separate actions:
Deleting your personal account, or removing an individual Team Member, does not disconnect the social accounts or cancel the scheduled posts of a Club that continues to exist — those belong to the Club. Where a Club is deleted, ClubPost attempts to cancel that Club's outstanding scheduled posts with the third-party publishing service before removing the Club's connection records; any cancellation that cannot be confirmed is retained for support follow-up.
Permanent deletion is distinct from subscription cancellation. Permanent deletion immediately cancels the associated active Club subscription as part of closure, permanently removes Club access and content, and does not automatically entitle you to a refund merely because deletion occurred. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention details.
Deletion of a Club or account does not automatically generate a refund. Refunds remain subject to applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law) and any ClubPost refund policy or transaction circumstances. ClubPost operates in Australia and does not attempt to exclude non-excludable consumer guarantees. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us to discuss your circumstances.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate captions and graphics. AI-generated content may contain errors, may not always be accurate or appropriate, and should be reviewed before publishing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. ClubPost is not liable for content you publish to third-party platforms.
Where your Club is on the Team plan and you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, all publishing is directed by you. You choose the content, the platform, whether it publishes immediately or on a schedule, and the scheduled date and time. ClubPost does not decide what to post on your behalf and does not post without a request from a Club user. You can reschedule or cancel a scheduled post before it publishes.
All active members of an active Team Club share access to Social Media publishing and scheduling. There are no per-member publishing permissions. If you do not want a person to publish on behalf of your Club, do not add them to your Club.
By connecting an account and publishing through ClubPost, you confirm that:
ClubPost uses a third-party social publishing service to facilitate these connections and deliver your posts. Publishing depends on those platforms and that service being available, and ClubPost cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted or delivered at an exact moment. Where a post fails, the status and any error are shown in your Post Queue.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority to upload and use any assets through ClubPost, including Club logos, sponsor logos, opponent logos, photographs, backgrounds, and other images or media. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded assets do not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
You retain ownership of any content, logos, or assets you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant ClubPost a limited licence to process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. ClubPost retains ownership of the platform, its design, and any proprietary technology used to deliver the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), a third-party social publishing service, and the Facebook and Instagram accounts you connect. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. ClubPost is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ClubPost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from Account Info → Danger Zone. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
